lol it does souns a little odd... but hey, ill try anything if it works!

im thinking more a soft bounce on DD's mattress (she has a mattress on the floor atm) rather than skipping-rope-type jumping... hehe

I keep getting told to squat on the floor alot while i'm at home when i wanted to bring him on (pointless now cause i'm an having a c-sec) But apparently squatting and making like your gonna fart (lol tmi) pushes the head down onto your cervix and will jump start labor.

DF keeps suggesting I jump up and down...lol. Honestly I don't think that anything that is suggested (eating spicy food, DTD, long walk etc) will bring on labour unless it was ready to happen anyway iykwim. Just a matter of waiting out...obviously easier for me than DF as he is becoming very impatient!!
