Is it safe to use EPO internally if your cervix has already started to dilate and thin out?

Yes it's fine to use, even better with a cervix that is already working for itself. The only time I wouldn't use it was after your membranes have rupture.

Thanks Trish and Alan, I had my first go at inserting 1 capsule last night, was interesting this morning Hopefully it will help Do you think 1 capsule is enough if I'm taking 3 orally?

I would advise you to insert 3 at night. And put a pad on
