"Knocking" from the inside

I dont know how else to describe it.
But, i was sitting down, and all of a sudden, i felt like a knocking feeling right down low right in my bits, from the inside. Maybe sorta like bubbles even. And, at the same time, a little urge to go wee.
How exciting - i am only taking it as a things are starting to happen.. .. ..
Anyone know what i am talking about?

I had a sort of feeling a bit like that, minus the needing to pee part.. i thought it might have been hiccups! but I am really not sure. How exciting, not much longer to go now for you.

nope, not much longer now thankfully.
Wasnt the hicciups - although, i tell you, i am glad that they get the hiccups, cause somedays, if it wasnt for the hiccups, i wouldnt feel it move at all.
