    Labour but not engaged???

    Has anyone in here actually gone into labour without the babies head even being engaged??

    My first baby didn't engage at all until labour had started. it is possible to go into labour without them being engaged and it is quite common in subsequent pg's.

    Yep, very common after the first pregnancy, especially with posterior bubs.

    Alot of women actually go into labour without bubs head being engaged. It's nothing to stress about. All it is is an extra push

    My daughter never dropped or engaged at all. It seems my body was ready but me baby had other plans.
