Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone know is if this is normal.

I have noticed today that I have a sort of dull crampy pain on the left hand side lower abdomen. I dunno how to describe it, its not a bowel pain, but its not quite a period pain either. Maybe I have pulled a muscle or something?

I get BH's occasionally, more if I lie on my back but none cause me pain.
