    Question LUD?????

Just had a quick sticky beak at my pregnancy notes and my OBGYN wrote (this was on Monday) 2 in a circle which I presume is 2/5 engaged and then wrote LUD. She is A/L now & rather than wait or phone and disrupt the other OBGYN, I thought I would ask if anyone knows what this means.

DP keeps telling me to stop reading so much into things and just relax......yer right!

I had a look on the Blackmores www but could not find anyhting relating to these letters/this abbreviation.

    Looking forward to 'learning more'!!!!

What was it used next to? Was it just a note.

    I found this from google

    LUD - left uterine displacement

But I'm not sure what that would mean in your case. But it could just be an abbreviation that your OB has made up for herself IYKWIM .
I know what it is like to want a meaning to everything, I remember when I was pregnant and read Prosterior OS, I searched and searched until Alan finally told me it meant that I had a cervix facing the opposite way, no big problem but just one of those things noted by your care provider.

I would ring your ob's office and talk to anyone that can give you a meaning to help settle your curiosity. After all, your are paying for their services
