I think that they must be influenced by it. I ate a hell of a lot of chocolate with my last pg and I can't open a block of chocolate unless he is out of the house otherwise he hears me ROFL. And apparently studies out of Switzerland found that eating chocolate during pg makes for happy babies too. Seriously though I think it will be fine.
