    Red face Nesting etc

Hello, what are you other late third trimester ladies up to today, in your nesting or hoping to encourage labour along phases?
The weather is looking quite fine here in South West Melbourne so DS & I are heading out to 'weed' the paving...
There might even be some garden to weed too, the grass is so overgrown I wouldn't know (bloody lazy men not mowing!)
Probably with one of our many screw drivers to help me as I don't own any proper garden tools

Cleaning inside just seems pointless for many reasons, so apart from washing the sheets and a bedroom vac & tidy I am hoping for a beautiful day outside!

*** i would mow the lawns myself but have been told i am not allowed so better leave it for the boys then ***

I am currently sitting on my knees, leaning forwardd- trying to move my posterior bubs. I'm feeling alittle pooped but I'm excited and happy...LOL

Everynow and then I make promises to the labour gods that I will be a good girl if I have a good, straight forward labour. I stress out for a couple of minutes then I empower myself- I can do this- I've done it before...

Still have 6 days to go but 'anytime now!" LOL

    PS...Definatley DONT mow the lawns...LOL

bahaha I think my nesting instinct has disappeared... a friend sent me a cartoon pic of a heavily preg lady lying on the couch - the caption reads "I think my nesting instinct has been replaced by the instinct to lie on the couch and eat icecream till I want to throw up" - I think thats me

My body is hurting and Im starting to get very over it! I wish my nesting would come back - my oven needs a clean! Lol

I have trouble sleeping or I would be joining in
Well I didn't get very far yet... got two loads of washing on and stripped the bed... glen20'd the pillows and the mattress.
DS and I fought over who got the last clean fork to eat their baked beans at lunch time (because apparently forks are easier than spoons for three year olds)
and now I am about pooped. The weather got too cool and the glorious sunshine disappeared so maybe the weeding can wait until hubby can help tomorrow

i mowed the lawn when i was right at the end hoping it would get bub moving. much more enjoyable (and easier) than bending down and weeding. funny how boys only like the jobs that involve motors, and these jobs are much too hard for women, but hanging out washing (wet doona covers) etc is perfectly fine for us to do.

I've been doing housework to try to get things moving...however DTD seems to make it feel like things are getting mixed up in there a whole lot more, so maybe I'll just lie on the couch and DTD every now and then instead

Yah! Nesting as set in! Yesterday and today I'm madly going around cleaning the house and wanting to get stuff done, even though I've been having the worse BHs in this pregnancy! fingers crossed its the beginning of the end

Well it is really hot here at Moura, My feet are actually sweating and I have no shoes on! I'm staring at my lounge room trying to get the effort to clean it, but that effort is gone with the wind (well the meagre breeze blowing through the window anyway). My bubby still hasn't turned again yet, but it is still early. (A wee bit worried since she was head down 4wks ago and is now in traverse again). What else? Hmm... Deciding what to eat as well xD
