Normal cevix length?

Hi guys, I am having my 28 week growth scan next thursday for the twins. They will also be checking my cervix length to see if it has started to shorten yet or not, to know whether I have to have a steroid injection or not.

Just wondering what is the normal length for the cervix? I just want to know as some sonographers are criptic in telling you anything and what to be well prepared to know what she is looking at.

The length of the cervix does vary a little from one woman to another but I is usually between 3 and 5 cm
