Thanks Alan, it turned out to be another very quick labour. I just wish I didn't tear. Might have to look a lot closer at perinial massage next time, If I get another time.

When you do 'get another time' give me a shout, I will give you some tips to reduce the chance of tearing

Will do, I know I'll be looking at anything possible next time to stop the tearing.

I did have in the back of my mind controlling the breathing to reduce the risk, but I just couldn't do it when push cam to shove, pardon the pun

And I've added my little one to a ticker now so all can bask in her cuteness
