hello i hope you are all well and good?im ok i just have a quick question to ask......for the past week iv been getting period pain/nagging pain in my lower abdomen im 33 weeks pregnant and its my 1st baby i was just wondering if this was normal or am i just overreacting?????iv had no spotting but im constantly wet down there.... 8-[

Your probably getting braxton hicks contractions. These contractions are often uncomfortable but not usually painful. They are irregular in how long they last and how often you have them. If this sounds like what you are having then this is normal. If you put your hand on your tummy when you are having the pain you may feel your tunny tightening. As for being wet again this is normal. Your body often makes extra CM when you are pregnant.

Yes its very common pains you are experiencing..
Also, sometimes its a good idea to buy some panty liners, as they help with the "wet" situation.. unfortunalty the furthur along you are in pregnancy, the worse the CM can get.
