I to have had painful BH contractions with this pg. I have never had them before so wasn't really sure what they were at first.

It starts off in my back and then my tummy tightens all over and I feel a pressure in my head. Sounds weird I know lol but I have been reassured by my m/w they are ok.

I have had to take some panadol and use a hot water bottle and when that didn't work I gave myself an O lol. That worked as it released some of the tension in the muscles ; )

I have a feeling that I will go early with this one so the countdown is on
