Pains in my lower abdomen - never had them before HELP?

I have a pain in my lower abdomen, majorly centred toward my vagina and radiating down one leg. I get periods where its bad and then it sort of tapers off to just a dull ache. Its very ouchy and starting to annoy me. Ive tried moving positions etc and its not going away.

What could it be?

If it's radiating down one leg, could it be your sciatic nerve Anna? Bub might be in a posy that's putting pressure on that? I can't really remember it, I had it slightly with Riv when he was posterior, but it wasn't too bad for me. Is it a shooting pain?

If it's more a dull ache, maybe it's something else, a muscle or your pelvis?

I would suggest sciatic nerve as well. Head to physio this week, that should help.

Im thinking he dropped into my pelvis and twisted diagonal a bit cause I had a huge lump sticking out near my hipbone when I layed down for bed last night

Tummy seems to have gotten lower too. Man it bloody hurt though! Ta for the advice girls
