i am glad i am not alone. I am worried though because i started out weighing 104kg and at the obstetricians office yesterday his scales said i was 100.2kgs. he didnt seen concerned when i told him i had lost weight. and well done on the 2kgs.
Sounds like you are doing really well. As long as you are feeling good and eating when you are hungry then don't be concerned.
With my first pregnancy, the day after having DD, the scales were 5kg lower than my pre-pregnancy weight! I was pleasantly surprised as I had still eaten quite well when pregnant, I suppose I was just eating a heallthier more balanced diet while pregnant.
I'm always hungry! I've put on 9-10kg so far. I'm actually a bit concerned as I was at the 10kg mark around a month or go and then lost a bit when I got sick and haven't really put much back on since.
I have just eaten a big bowl of muesli with bran and extra coconut in it. I have put on 9 kg so far at 35 wks. I have a very healthy appetite even when not pregnant! I expect i will put on about 12 kg all up that is what i have done for all previous pregnancies...
I tend not to worry about it. I find I eat stacks in the first trimester, but can only stomach potato and fried things for some weird reason.
Then i hardly eat during the 2nd tri. Then in the third tri I get hungry again but like PP said I just snack, occasionally I'll eat a whole meal of something not often.
