    Red face Is this pre-labour?

    Hi everyone
Just was wondering I am nearly 36 weeks and baby had already engaged 2/3, 2 weeks ago and she has gone lower since as my pelvis feels like it about to spilt

But last 2 days I havent been feeling too good, nausea, woozy, constant pooing (tmi), braxton hicks pretty consistantly, I have started to get the dull period ache and at least 10 times a day the full blown pressure pain. I keep reading about pre-labour and it can go on for weeks, does this sound like it?? This is my second pregnancy, with my first I was induced at 11 days so I didnt go through this with dd.

Part of me is ready but really would prefer to get to 37weeks as our local country hospital doenst have a baby unit so i'll get shipped to Mackay.

    Any thoughts appreciated
    Lis

It does sound like prelabour - but as you say, this can go on and off for weeks.

Nice to know your body is beginning preparations though

sounds like it to me too.!! just let the dr know at your next appointment, but yeah it can go on for a while. its good because your body is being prepared for labour unlike your first time and being induced.
