    Stories of External Cephalic Versions??

So I know they dont want to because I have a bicornuate uterus I feel like I should beg tomorrow to have them try. Had an ultrasound today and baby is in a great breech position to be turned manually and her placenta is in a good place. Her butt is a little bit engaged..and she said my fluid level was normal but on the low side of normal.

Has anyone had this done? Successful or not? Did the medicine they gave you to relax your uterus give you any side effects?

I had an ECV to turn DD, it was successful and she stayed in the right position until delivery time, but as I was induced (thanks to GD) early I ended up having a c/s, but that wasn't linked to the ECV.

They gave me ventolin via IV, which makes your heart race, and I felt very average thanks to fasting beforehand (meant low blood sugar) but after a cold flannel and a brief suck of oxygen through a mask I was fine.

It was not the most pleasant experience, also because I was lying on my back and the bed was tilted so my feet were higher than my head. But, once it was done (and thankfully it took less than 10mins for my OB to spin DD the right way, it didn't take me long to start feeling better again.
