Pressure low down and stomach cramps

For the best part of an hour now, I've been getting quite alot of pressure down below, underneath my belly and around the pelvic bone. Accompanying the pressure is cramps, and the cramps are all around my stomach but mostly on the right side. She's not been moving as much today as usual either. I'm 29wk6d today (ignore the ticker, for some reason it's always behind ) (Edit : Forgot to mention that it hurts to touch my stomach in the places where I usually feel her moving)

Now, I've done quite a bit around the house today (for me anyways) on whats probably going to be my only day off I can get stuff done(working every single night this next 4 days, then Saturday off then 6 days straight) - things such as cleaned up the kitchen, scrubbed the stove top, putting clothes away and hanging them out to wash, unpacking and repacking the dishwasher as well as go shopping for all the things we needed (washing powder, flyspray, food for dinner etc)

I don't remember having anything like this with DS, could it be from all the stuff I've done today? Could it be because I've overdone myself or could it be what I've eaten?

EDIT : I forgot to add that while I'm just sitting here, I've been feeling like AF is coming (I know the feeling all too well) and am half expecting to start bleeding any minute

Definitely go and get checked out! Might be nothing but best to be on the safe side.

What are your BH's like? THe only reason I ask is mine sound exactly like that. The pain is enough to take my breath away. Especially if I've overdone it....like most days. A rest or a shower usually help.
BUT if you're worried, I'd be ringing the mat unit, just to get their take on it.
    Hope you feel better soon.

I think my BHs is when my stomach just tightens up and is rock hard to touch. It's definitely the first time I'd felt it that bad!

DT - Thanks for coming to check up on me
An update : They settled down so I put some clothes away and cooked dinner. Then sat down again and felt the same pain (seems to happen when I have a rest)
I'm now working all week and hoping it doesn't continue

Thank goodness my OB appt is on the 28th Nov! Dunno if I can wait that long though
Ive had a bit more pain like that today, when I woke up - then DS got up and I changed him and put him in his playpen with breakfast, milk and a movie and laid down cause it was annoying me. I had that 'feeling like I'm going to go to the toilet and find AF starting' again and it's frustrating but I guess I can't do anything but lay down
