I am going completley mental here!! My friend is in labour today and man do I wish it was me in there!! (Not sure I will be saying that when I am in there!!)

Oh well, looks like we will be diving ourselves nuts until these precious little bundles decide to put us out of our misery!

Squishee_#1 - You are at the exact date I had my DD, but I was induced 39weeks, 5 days

I remember how 'over it' I was and how infuriating it was when the doctors tell you it could be a couple more weeks!! Arggghhh, but my blood sugars were all over the place with my GD.

Good luck, very exciting, frustrating, scary, brilliant time!!!

I am still in denial about childbirth - I want the baby out, but am not looking forward to the process LMAO! I will get excited if I go into labour, but don't really know all the signs, because DD was induced at 39w4d due to high blood pressure!

Lol Nicky! I remember the feeling all too well. I also remember that by about 5pm on my due date I realised that it wasn't going to happen... lucky he was only 4 days over otherwise I would've been having him in the psych ward I think!! Hope it all goes fast for you! All the best

    Lol Nicki,

You might want to get some sort of soft rubbery attachment for the top of your vacume, if not for bubs, for yourself, I can't imagine the end of a vacume would be very comfy.

hmmm... a plunger.... never thought of that....

yeah i was gonna go and get one of those adapters that they use for the vacs on those silly ads... the ones that pick up about 10 bowling balls....

even thought I am having a big bub, he's not worth 10 bowling balls ( I HOPE!!)

LOL, maybe you should check out if the Good Buys will do you a good deal on a Dyson, they have pretty good suction

I'm not yet overdue but I find myself tormented with, "Will it be today?" Can't believe I am saying this but maybe I was better at work and keeping my mind off it. I think because I have been convinced from day 1 that baby would come early, it is making everything seem longer.

i SO know how this feels....I am 3 days off 39 weeks, but seriously expected to have had this bub given no. 1 was 3 weeks early.
    it SUCKS....
I have had THREE weeks of prelabour and am so sick of waking up in the night every hour to go to the toilet, and have period type pain ....and sometimes it is quite painful and think SURELY this is the beginning of it bu tno

ttcno2 - same here - first was 3 weeks early. So even though I'm not actually overdue, I feel as though I am. SO frustrating!!!!
