Yep - I here ya! I attribute mine to the fact that I just don't sleep WELL anymore - too uncomfy. I sleep for 45mins - 1.5 hours and have to wake to roll/wee/heatpack/quickeeze/rearrange pillows. I have found taking two panadol before bed seems to be helping - that and dozing all day...
