    Sooooo sore!

Over the past few weeks I have had little niggles in bum, back and tummy - just loose muscles pulling - nothing too major but this morning my groin area is sooo sore. It feels like I have done a few pump classes. I try to get up off the couch or bed and I look like a 90 year old cause it hurts so much! We DTD last night so whether that has any impact I have no idea but Dh will be most disappointed (and so will I!) if that's the cause of this pain!

Anyone else had this? Does it go away? Can I do anything? I am very tempted to stick an ice-pack down there!

Jordie, I've been using a wheat bag. But, it's really not doing anything.

I don't know about you, but things hurt a lot more the second time around. I don't remember needing a zimmerframe with DS. (not that I have one this time, but it would probably be a very useful thing to have).

I recently DTD and it didn't really affect it. Everything is just sore, full stop. Because of the relaxin, I expect.

Everything will go back to "nice" after the baby. I'll start my walking regime and loose heaps of weight again, so that will be good to look forward to.

Oh my god I am in so much pain now. I had the worst night. I can barely move without excruciating pain shooting up from groin/pubic area. PLease tell me this passes. I did read it's normal to haveloose msucles and for them to pull but this is awful. I did have some panadol and use an ice-pack but am still very tender.

could it be the baby is on your sciatic nerve? its fairly common. I get groin pain after DTD due to the swelling and my gross vacrose veins down there... other times i get groin pain from a full bladder or bowel (everything competiting for space??!!) I also have been getting crampy pains irregularly and can be triggered by DTD (altho i mostly only get BH 30mins or so after) for at least 8weeks now... this is my 3rd and ive had more BH and fake labours with this pregnancy than the other two combined! Best of Luck!!!
