I'm trying to figure out if I should go into a minor stress/panic (ie be concerned).

I've had to go up a shoe size over the weekend as the tops were digging into my feet across the top of my feet. The only size 10 ones I could find reasonably cheaply have a slight wedge to the heel. (I don't see the point in spending a lot on shoes that only need to get me through a month of school) I've had no problems with wedges in the past but have been wearing flats mainly since being pg. the heel is not more than about 3cm.
Today right from early on the balls of both my feet have been sore, not quite cramping but feels similar. Normally if this happens I just get out my golf ball and roll my foot over it for a few minutes and it gets better. Tried tonight and I nearly cramped up badly and it hurts just as much since I stopped. Its mainly near my toes rather than the balls of my feet.
Currently I have my feet on an ice pack to try to ease the ouch. Throughout the school day I've been kicking off my shoes and going barefoot (I'm in the library and it's carpeted) where possible.

It has been hot recently so I've drunk a reasonable amount of liquid. I haven't had much salty food during the heat so don't know if that makes a difference either.

ETA on top of that I seem to be coming Down with a site throat today which means I'm drinking a fair bit of water as well.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk so sorry if I'm confusing you
