    Tummy bug or early labour?

Yesterday at my hospital appointment i was told bubs head was fixed and it could be any day now he will arrive.

My Doula said go home have lotsa sex, fit ball and walks to get him out.

Tried the sex, curries and thought i may as well have some RLT while i was going. Went to bed around 11pm as i felt pretty rotten. My stomach was beginning to hurt and i felt like i was going to vomit non stop.

Around 1230 i quickly flung all the covers off and raced to the loo only just making it to vomit my stomach up. Then went back to bed and the cramping began. It was no stop til about 2am. It then turned to pains like i had when i was in labour with DD2. I still hadnt been to sleep and was beginning to get very tired. This went on until 6am when DD1 came into our room to start her day.

By 7am the pains had stopped but my stomach was aching. I had on and off sleep til 11 then i got up.

Its now 430 and the nausea feeling and the need to go to the loo is still hanging around and tummy feels likes its in knots.

Could this be early labour or just a tummy bug?

Sounds more like a tummy bug to me - you didn't eat a dodgy curry did you?

i don't want to scare you but please please please get this checked out, it might be nothing but the pains could be placenta related or to do with the cord?? Depends what it feels like I suppose but its better to have peace of mind!! All the best and hope its just a tummy bug
