I had vaginal varices ( varicose veins in the fanny- the labia to be exact), they make things look veeerrrry diferent- gross actually-so i stopped clipping my pubes in an effort to cover them lol.
The feel 'bumpy', and sometimes you would feel a lot of pressure down below with them as the extra blood flow makes it all feel heavy. You'd probably see them in the mirror tho.

But you get extra fluid down there anyway, also sometimes looks more purple colored. Don't worry it goes back to semi-normal eventually. (just don't look down there after the birth for a while if you think its bad now )
