using EPO when already dialated?

I have a friend who is at least 1cm dialted, and she wasn't sure if she should kee using EPO tabs? I said I didn't think so, but thought I would check here first.
Anyone know?

I am not sure, but I personally wouldn't be inserting them down there if I am dialating. She can still take them orally though

She can still use them if her waters have not broken
