Last night I woke up in agony after stretching in my sleep. It was like a massive stitch feeling in my lower abdomen near my pubic area, right across it. Has anyone else had anything similar? I'm not worried, just hoping it doesn't happen too much more...It was more effective than any alarm though...I have heard of cramping in the legs but jeez!.....
