Thats almost a really good possie, (I read it first differently so am just changing what I've said lol) as the mw said, just work on how you are positioned a bit. Have a look at the spinning babies website, www.spinningbabies.com. At night lie on your left hand side with your top leg bent over a pillow and your bottom leg straight, that's the best possie for sleeping as baby's back goes a bit more anterior. No slouching in couches, sit on the floor yoga style or a straight backed chair and also sitting backwards on an upright chair if you can. Instead of sitting at the comp in a computer chair maybe get a fit ball? That's what I use now not just to keep my body active but to help her go lower in the pelvis.

Anyway, most of that info is on the spinning babies website, optimal foetal positioning.

Cheers,

Beck
