    Exclamation What could it be

    Hey Girls...

I thought i might post on here, before ringing up the M/w at the hosp... What do you think this is...

The other week i had a very small amount of blood when i wiped. Properly just a couple of five cent pieces when i wiped... I had a look down there nothing was broken and after that one time it never happened again -
Until last night, same thing, had red blood when i wiped, not a lot of blood, very little (size of 5c)...

But there has been nothing since...

    Hi Cass Blob
Bleeding at this stage in your pregnancy can be caused by a couple of things. You have a very large number of very small blood vessels down there; some of these blood vessels are very delicate and easy to damage. If they do get damaged then you will bleed. Providing that this bleeding is small and only for a short time then there is nothing to worry about. However if this bleeding happens often, is more than just a small amount or lasts for more than an hour you should get things checked. Some things that can cause bleeding include:-
    Sex
    Physical exercise
    Housework
Or just about anything that can raise your pulse rate above your normal resting rate.

Glad the bleeding seems to have stopped!

Also - thanks for mentioning the swelling - our new bathroom has a longer mirror than the old and I haven't been able to see "down there" for a while - I caught a glimpse in the new mirroe yesterday and OMG I am also very swollen - hope it means this bubba is on his way!
