Im 37+3 and my feet are so swollen it almost hurts. They feel tight and occasionally itchy. Hands are also itchy on and off but no where near as swollen, only slightly I think.
Maybe slight swelling in my face (just nose really)

Should I be worried.

BP was fine last time it was checked, no headache, not seeing stars or any other PE symptoms.
Just very uncomfortable.

SPD is unbearable now too. Could there be a link?
