    Kindergarten nerves.

Well the new school year starts next week and many children will be starting school for the 1st time. I am starting kindergarten teaching for the 1 st time in many years and I am sooo nervous!! I am excited and scared at the same time (probably like half my class LOL)
So if your child is starting school know that chances, are their teacher is scared and wants her mum too!!!

Ohhh i think if i were a teacher, i would pick kindergarten kids to teach - they are too cute.

My first baby starts kindergarten on thursday....she is soooo excited, and so ready. Im finding it really hard to get my head around the fact she wont be at home for 6 hrs a day 5 days a week.....im going to be a mess on thursday...

    Good luck to you though!!!

Good luck to your DD mbear, I am sure she will love school. Our school has a "tea and tissues" for the new mums in the hall after the kids start.

ohhhh I'm scared too!!!! Matilda starts part-time kindy on Thursday and its scary. I guess feeling like this is the beginning of their education... (not that she hasn't learned anything up until now ) but the beginning of "formal" education.

mrsmac you will do an amazing job because you feel for the kids!!

I guess it's just a different perspective - give me the 16 year olds any day, the thought of the 5 year olds is enough to reduce me to a quivering wreck!

I'm sure you'll be fine, Chris. I have to admit to being slightly jealous at the thought of me not going back to work this year...
