Hello ladies and gents

I have recently started a new job in Wacol, QLD which is about 20-30 min SW of Brisbane city and the commute from where I am to there everyday is a little on the long side so I'm looking to move somewhere within 15-20 minutes. Preferably north or east of the suburb so I can avoid the peak hour traffic.

There's plenty of nice suburbs around south and southwest of Brisbane but I'm finding it really difficult to choose a new school for DS who is in grade 1 which is close to a nice suburb.

So ultimately, what I'd like to know is anyone who has experience with any schools in SW Brisbane, in particular, Middle Park Primary, Jindalee Primary, Grand Ave Primary (Forest Lake), Forest Lake Primary, and even Sunnybank and Algester and those areas. I would like to send DS to a catholic school just because I've had excellent experiences with all catholic schools I've ever been involved with but the only catholic schools near where I want to live is in darra and inala.. so not so sure about that.

Has anyone heard anything about St Stephens in Algester? I'd really love to know as much as possible about all these schools. DS was diagnosed with ADHD last year so I'm looking for a school with excellent behavioural and social-emotional awareness if possible. Special Education Programs would help but I'm not sure if ADHD diagnoses' receive any kind of special attention?
He currently goes to Enoggera Primary and even though its a great school, there is no extra help there from the government apart from him being assessed by the school counsellor but in terms of extra help in class, it's relatively non existent.

Any replies would be appreciated muchly ))
