...what would you have??
I find myself in need of inspiration...I can have anything I want for dinner tonight - it is just Charlotte and I home tonight.
I was trying to think of what I wanted, but there are so many options and I am feeling indecisive today!! lol
So...
What would you have if you could have anything?
I have a hankering for roast veges. Not too fussed what I eat them with - I just want some crispy roast potato with fluffy insides... Is there anything yummier than a perfectly roasted 'tater?
Other than that I could go a chicken kiev or a yummy Thai curry (shame they're so fattening :( ) or a pho or burritos - mmm now my mouth is watering. I should stop thinking about food before I drool on my lappy and short it out.
I'm cooking a beef roast with vegies in my slow cooker. Will be ready in about 40 minutes :D

Have pork, need inspiration myself. LOL. Think I might grab out the chinese cookbook my mum sent.

we're having t-bone and roast veg so all yummy stuff here
would really like to make some chicken pasta bake with a cheese sauce and HEAPS of veg - but i think that might have to wait a while - very time intensive with chopping the veg and stuff - and DH leaving for work tonigh for who knows how long - we're back on simple dinners for a little while! (made it the other day to freeze some meals - and then DH and I ate it all over a couple of days - tooo yummy!)
i have this dilemma myself tonight! except im really nauseous from anti biotics.. and ive hardly eaten in two days.. i need something yummy and filling!
i am craving some eggs on toast tho.. not exactly what i was thinking of.. but at least its something!!!

Could I make any of this right now... Hell no. So Pork & Gnocchi will do. *cry*

Rockpool bar and grill in melbourne have this dish of goats cheese tortalini with king prawns burnt butter and saltanas omg i could just devour 5 bowls!

We are having pumpkin soup and yummy bread I got from the farmers markets today.
But If I had a choice I would be going to my favourite Italian restaurant with my gorgeous man, and have: bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, chilli garlic prawns entree, braised lamb shanks, and to top it off, ricotta pancakes, with a yummy bottle of wine to wash it all down....mmmmm, yum!!
i wouldnt mind a nice madras beef curry..but i will have to settle for the yummy vege soup i made
I forgot to say that if i could have anything it be to go to a restaurant and have someone else do the cooking and i would just order dessert for all 3 courses!
In reality we are having salt and pepper squid and prawns with chips and salad (dh's choice but sounds good to me)
