What date did you get married on!

i have just started a thread about music and thought i would start another one about your wedding date.

i wonder how many people on bb have the same wedding date :)

i can start it off if you like.

I am getting married on the

20/02/10 in Rockhampton QLD, at the gardens.

what date did you get married & Where did you get married? did you get married overseas, or here in aus, in a backyard, a garden, church or a beach?

i think my wedding has finally driven me bonkers lol

19th September 2009 (19/9/09 so Scott doesn't forget easily lol) at Plenty Ranges Arts and Convention Centre. Ceremony in the Woodstock Theatre, Reception in The Terrace.

Ooh what a GREAT day to get married Mum2Chloe... That is my birthday!!!

I got married on 15/11/2009 - eight days before my due date..

Very simple wedding (as had to be ready to cancel at any minute if bub decided to arrive!!)
had 24 people there including us.
We got married at a haunted inn!!! And the spooks messed with everyone's phones and cameras!!!

We had the most perfect day! And our baby boy was a good man and held off making his enterance til 20 days later!!!

We were married on 2/09/2006. I have the date tattooed on the outsidey bone bit of my wrist, and seriously I had to just check it to make sure I wrote the right thing!

It was an impulsive decision when we decided to actually plan the wedding, did it all in a month. It was an immediate family thing (I would have preferred a 'proper' wedding with friends and all, but I figured this eas easier cos it would have been too much effort for DH's family to get their act together and come back down to Gladstone, so we went to them.)

Wedding venue was Sea Temple Resort, Port Douglas.

31/3/2007. It was a very small wedding in a park near where I live that has special meaning to me. It seemed fitting that I got married there.

We got married on the 28/03/1999

Married at St Theresa's Church in Rockhampton and reception was at the bowls club.

I walked down the aisle to Reunion by Collective Soul, I just looked it up on you tube but only found 'bad' covers lol We had a very small wedding in Dec 2008 and I wished I'd organised more music casue I was annoyed with what was on dh's computer playing... I guess I just overlooked that part :doh: I loooooooooove michael buble and wanted to play come fly with me but dh doesn't like that song :(... We had an amazing day though and dh actually told me last night that he had tears well in his eyes when he 1st saw me in my dress, he was so super sweet I had tear for most of the afternoon!

26th of January 2008 - Australia Day and the day before my 22nd Birthday!! I LOOOOOOOOOVED my Wedding!!

Most amazing day ever! And the very next day, my birthday we flew off to Fiji for our Honeymoon - It's our 2nd Wedding Anniversary on Tuesday!

married in DH's besties (very large and very lush) backyard - about 20m from where we'd met in the same backyard a year before!

aliciamrsh- you had a black and white wedding, thats awesome cos thats what we are having, and i almost picked the same bridesmaids dresses as you!!! but i ended up going a different one from afred angelo, my dress is made from him aswell and it has some black on it and my daughter chloe has the exact same dress as me for her flower girl dress :) i love black and white weddings, i think they are so gorgeous. oh and happy wedding anniversary for tuesday, hope you guys have a great day and happy birthday for the day after too :)

20th May 2000. No special date, just because we had 2 dates for our photograper, this one and one in April. Got married same place you are M2C.. outside the Hut (or something like that they call it?) Take plenty of mozzie stuff just in case..we got attacked a little while having photo's near the lush greenery and near the bridge..

We are getting married on 19/08/2010. Service at a little chaple and a friends property, family only and a few very close friends, about 24 people in total and then the reception at an old hotel, with big gardens. will probably be over 70/80 people there! We will have a spit roast and then a band i guess...probably should plan that bit now hey!! :)

We had 2 dates available for venue in May and this was the one we picked!!

I loved my wedding day was perfect arrived bu horse and carriage to lyrebird falls in Kallista.

I got married on 09/09/00.

When I was a child I used to always say to my mother. I am going to get married on the 2nd Saturday in September when I am 24 yrs old. I did. So the date fitted in well. Nice and easy to remember. Although I didn't know that as a kid LOL.

We got married in a garden area, next to a man made waterfall.
