Month one: Mid-2010 weight loss challenge

Welcome to the BB mid-2010 weight loss challenge. The total challenge is 12 weeks long but split into 1 month periods so you can commit to one month, two months or the whole lot.

The challenge is based on two measures
1. Percentage of weight lost
2. Centimetres lost

So we are looking at a challenge to shed unwanted weight, but also to gain some fitness: the best way to lose cms is to exercise!

What do you need to do:
1. Get motivated and have a plan!
2. Get yourselves your bathroom scales and tape measure ready!
3. Start eating healthily and taking more exercise
4. PM krysalyss every Monday with your weight and measurements who will post results by Wednesday.

Please weigh yourself in kg's, and measure, in cm's, bust, tummy and hips.

There is no set 'diet' for this challenge - just do whatever plan or diet works best for you. Some will prefer a set diet or plan, others will prefer healthy eating and cutting out the junk.

Week One starts Monday 19th April so get your details to krysalyss by then to be added to the list below!

Commit to just one month instead of the whole lot. You can do 4 weeks - I know you can!

I'm in ... just need to find the time to measure, I know the kgs from yesterday (still need to lose 1kg to be pre-preg weight) and then I'll pm my details.:shhh:

Your details are just kept offline and I just post the difference each week
e.g.
Krysalyss: % wt lost (0.5%), cms lost (2 cms)

im in i need to loose 12kgs ill buy a tape measure and post the details to u i hope this is the motivation i need, i have crappy scales that only weigh Kgs not weight percentage tho is that going to be a problem???

Here goes nothing..............well hopefully something..all that extra weight. i would like to loose 5 kg in the next moth so thats my goal!!! :D

Ok I'm in will PM my details tomorrow, I like to do my weighing in the morning after the toilet so I'm lighter, lol.

Shantelle - I work out the % so you just need to pm me the kgs and cms and I work out the rest :)
