New job, 6 mth Probation period, and 5 weeks pregnant
I need advice!!
I found out last Thursday that we are expecting but I was made redundant recently (2weeks before I found out pregnant)
I have looking for work, initially it was full time as I didn't know I was pregnant. I haven't told any recruitment consultants yet. I went for an interview today, they have requested a second one, which is great! It's a full time role with a 6 mth probationary period.
When should I tell them??
I had a m/c earlier this year do as much as I'm optimistic about this preg I feel it's very early days too, and if something happens I'd hate up have lost the chance at this role!
Help?!!

As you can tell I'm up thinking about at an un godly hour!
I need to wait it out till 12 weeks for my own piece of mind, but I guess I'm just concerned if I wait till then, they'll question my motives. Of course I'll be honest in telling them reasons why I waited, I just hope that's enough!

Update - after thinking about the role (thought separating about bubs) it's not a role I do not have skills in, I know they can be learnt, but they kept emphasizing the commitment required for getting deadlines done, which could involve late nights. Not to mention, it would be up to me to ensure those deadlines were met by other depts but I was titled a manager and the pay was pretty cruddy for that stress!!
So I decided to take 'all good things come to those that wait' attitude!
