Michelle, I like that - new thread=new start! Good positive thinking! I hope you are going along okay. Thanks for your support, I'll probably pop in tomorrow to share, but I'm doing okay tonight, just got myself into a bit of a state earlier!

Sez honey - you know you don't have to do it alone. There are a bunch of women here who think nothing of holding you hand and giving you a hug when you are having a bad day.

As for me - 6 days to go to D-day. I have cramping already which could be good and could be bad. Who knows. Either way DH and I had a few tears last night and he is looking forward to no drugs and a chance to re-group for a little while if it doesn't happen this month. He is just finding it hard that he can't make it better and fix things for me.

Other than that I have my parents down for the NRL grandfinal (booo - swanies lost today but Jayne will be one happy chooky :rolleyes:) which is nice AND I have an end of year function for the football team I work for on Wednesday so I am planning a big night.

Lisa, I hope you are doing okay. It just doesn't seem right that the weather should be so good when you're so sad, does it? The first time I left the house after my d&c (three days after) the sun was shining and I just wondered how everything could look so lovely when I was so miserable. I hope that af shows up for you soon sweetie, and that it's not too terrible. I am thinking of you, please let me know if there's anything I can do. Good luck with your OB tomorrow, I hope it goes well. And I'm still keeping your seat warm.......

Michelle, :crossfingers: that the cramping is a good thing for you! It must be hard for your dh as well, I guess he feels a bit helpless. It is very sweet that he's so worried about you though. Good on you for enjoying your week! I hope you're enjoying seeing your parents, and make sure you have a ball on Wed night! Thinking of you, counting down until Friday.

Belle, how are you going hun? I hope the tww is being good to you, and absolutely flying by! I have got everything crossed for you that this is your month! Just checked out your chart again LOL! No temps for the weekend, you must enter them on Monday. I'm dying to see what your temps are doing, now I have to wait!

Okay, I think i've almost run out of words!

For those who asked, I've just been a bit down about this pg since Friday night. I woke up at midnight with some cramping and got myself into a state. Convinced myself that I was never going to have a baby and all that. The cramping continued yesterday until the afternoon. I know that it means squat, it's just hard not to stress sometimes. I am now feeling much more reassured and positive again. POAS this morning (I know, I'm hopeless) and the line came up faster, darker and stronger than ever, so I'm sure everything is just fine. Looking forward to my appt on Thursday!

Oh Sez...you poor thing. I can only imagine how you must have been feeling. I haven't been pg yet since my m/c 2.5 years ago, but still to this day my biggest fear is of actually getting pg, and then losing another angel.....hhhmmm....maybe that mindset is what's stopping me....okay...time to re-evaluate things i think....You'll be fine hun, and so will your little bubba. I'm okay at the moment. DH started his new job last week and came home yesterday, after looking at another house. I decided that this is going to be very hard, considering he can only look at houses on the weekends (and the fact that i miss him like crazy when he's not home!!!) i've decided that i'm going back to Sunbury with him today and will spend the week down there looking at houses etc. There's a few that i have my eye on, but i guess it's just a matter of our applications and what we can afford.....

So my lovelies, i don't know if i'll get a chance to hop on at all in the next week, so if i don't, i love you all and I want to be seeing some BFP's when i get back...

Shan, you must miss dh so much! I know that would drive me nuts. Good on you for coming down this week, i'm sure you'll find something good. I know it's awful, I hate house-hunting, but it'll be worth it. GOOD LUCK! I know what you mean about being afraid of being pg again, but you know what.......at the end of the day there is nothing you can do about it. I think a positive frame of mind is always a good thing, so I'm trying to stick to that! We will all be there for you when it's your turn :hug: .

Thank you all for your support and beautiful words. Im doing well but have really bad af pain and the bleeding has just started so Im happy for that IYKWIM? Im disappiointed but it hasnt been as hard as loosing my first angel. Im just trying to stay positive that know that my body understands it can get pg again, it will happen in the next couple of months. I wont be taking a ttc break just yet ladies, so im still here and ready to go!

me well I am trying to wait till the specialist appointment before ttc again but cant help thinking should we just start now and see what happens or should we wait for the all clear to make sure we have the best chance, although I must say we are both incredibly stressed and need to get a few things sorted in order to feel happy again and the biggest thing is finding a house and we are currently argueing over where we are going to move as I dont really want to move where he wants to move as its a long way from anything and I am not use to that so who knows what will happen LOL,

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend - we're getting some beautiful weather over in Perth - it's great. Not to mention the big AFL win by the mighty Eagles!!! What a fantastic game and great result. My boys certainly were looking good too - damn sexy!!! I'm so glad they had a win!

Lisa - How are you holding up honey? You sounded quite good in your post, if so, that's great sweety. Hang in there. I'm also pleased that you're not going to wait - get straight back in there - I just know you'll have that bfp in no time at all. I'm thinking of you every day!

Michelle - oooohhh, cramping is definitely a good sign - only 5 days to go now - it's going to fly and I'm praying there's a BFP at the end of it!! You totally deserve it honey and I just know its around the corner. You're sounding really good too - all the very best!!

As for me - same old, same old at the moment. Nothing much to report. Still feeling rather tired in the avo's and have FINALLY started getting slightly sore bbs - I think they're finally starting to grow!!! About bloody time too!!! It's great but still nothing must to write home about!! DH had a busy day today - did a bit of a backyard blitz at our house - it's great. Put some new lawn down (finally covered some of our sand), moved a tree, put up some nature screen stuff to cover the fence. It's great. He even built a little water feature - I'm so proud. We've still got more to do over the next few weeks and will even attempt a deck - it's going to be great!!

After reading Lisa's news im not sure if this is the right time to post, so i hope i dont upset you Lisa.
Since Thursday i have been testing atleast 2 times a day, BFP every time! BT doesnt come back til tuesday though, but after 8 pg tests 4 different brands im guess its safe to say im pg! no big announcements to anyone til after the bt which i get tue afternoon. (damn public holiday). Im soo excited yet nervous and scared at m/c at the same time. i am approx 4wks 3days

Lisa - you are so sweet to ask about my troubles... no af yet omg it has been nearly 6 weeks!!!. Because my tube ruptured and had emergency surgey I have a big scar (looks like I had c-section) and this scar decided to split open on one side and scare the c^&p out of me(sorry if thats tmi) :mad: (needed to vent) . I am so over it I just wish it would heal... it's so ugly.. Sorry enough of my self pitty... I hope that you are feeling better soon :hug:

I really got teary reading all of that.
I have been babysitting my nephew the last few days and haven't been able to get on. Lisa I am so, so sorry and i hope you are ok. You sound very positive, i am thinking of you.

Just to give you all a quick update....got my blood test results back and obst. said there is a chance i could be pregnant....now this obviously freaked me out! My HCG levels were low but apparently high enough to be very, very early preg. So i had another blood test on sat and will get the results about tuesday. Very confused and don't really think i am pregnant (based on a lack of bding!). I also did a preg test today and it was BFN and i think it would show up by now if i was. Tests show that i had ovulated though so hopefully if i will get my period finally if i am not pregnant. I think maybe my HCG levels are still coming down from last preg, but not sure i would ovulate if that was the case??? So confused, have to wait till tues!

Sorry i can't catch up on all i have missed. Will start fresh this week now that i am back at work.

Congratulations Naomi!!! I was thinking of you a couple of hours ago, wondering how you were!! Wow that's two pg girls who "weren't trying" ;)

Well I am on CD10 and I am very fertlie... I think I am going to O in the next few days!! Which will be a record for me! I am scared that all the boy signs won't line up and I won't have the best attempt... (weird I know!!)

Naomi-- Sounds like you can pretty safely be assured that you are "duffed"! CONGRATS! I know it's hard not to be tentative after a previous bad experience but all you can do now is look after yourself-- the rest is out of your hands so try to ENJOY. :clap:

Megan-- HHmmmm that is a head scratcher!!?? You must be hanging for tomorrow to arrive. I will stay tuned for the update. Do you have an ETA for the results?

Kerry-- Don't ever think that you are "indulging" in self-pity. It's still fresh, you're just healing and I'm sure the scar is a constant reminder. Maybe think of it as a battle wound on your way to victory (cheesy I know).

Sez-- It is absolutely understandable that you're apprehensive about this pg. I can certainly relate. All the fun and innocence is taken out of early pg. after you've experienced a loss-- I was a compulsive undie checker 2nd time around. It's hard too to come to terms with the fact that you're not incontrol of your body so all you can do is sit back and try to enjoy the ride. When is your first scan?

Kelly-- Yay for you and your (soon to be) buxom bbs. It's nice to hear someone thinking of the upside during what can be such a stressful time for PAMLers!!

Shan-- Don't you just love house hunting-NOT! It's closely trumped however in the list of "horrendous things to do" by actually MOVING into the aforementioned dwelling! I do believe I hate moving much more.

TWWers-Paige & Belle & Michelle-- Well I suppose I've joined you now- though I am a little behind- think I've got a 9 day wait ahead of me?!? I hope that you have all not gone too mental in the lead up to testing. Easier to focus on the excitement/anticipation of it all. Can't wait to read about your BFP's!!

Lisa-- Good on you for sticking with your TTC journey. That's how I felt after my recent loss as well. Waiting didn't help me last time so it was "back on the horse" (he,he,he) for me! I hope that after af disappears you can start to feel positive about the whole thing again. I have found that the good thing about not waiting is that you have less time to dwell and look back because you are focussing on the now and the future. I hope this is the case for you also.

Jools-- welcome, welcome, welcome!! You'll love all the girlies in here. I'm pretty new on this thread myself and have found all ladies most friendly indeedy!

As for me...I'm not holding out too much hope for this month. It is my first "proper" cycle after my m/c and d&c six weeks ago. My temps have been all over the shop-- I did get o pain earlier on and had a couple of +opks though. I really started temping to see if I was o'ing too late in my cycle and if that was possibly a reason for my m/c's. I haven't got FF fully sussed yet but I think I probably o'd on Day 18?? Is this too short a luteal phase if I normally have a 28-day cycle? I'll obviously have to keep an eye on my temps to see if I have really o'd. I'm having a progest. blood test this week so that should give me some more info. I've heard that low progest. levels can be a reason that a pg. can not be maintained. I'm kind of scared that if I do fall this cycle the same thing will happen before I can get into see my specialist (Nov. 6th).Oh well if I am fortunate enough to fall this cycle I'll just have to ring the ob.gyn's office and cry until he'll see me!!! Not positive that we "caught" o either as we've had lots of family gatherings, social commitments, etc. Might have to get another one in today just in case :p
