I would love to do some prenatal yoga for this pregnancy. I want to be strong enough to push that baby quickly and be able to recover well. Does anyone know of a good class in Melbourne?

I have done prenatal pilates at a place called Fit to Deliver (they are in brighton and albert park I think) and they are great - all physios and you can claim on health ins if you have it.
I know there is also a good yoga place in Albert Park but I have forgotten its name (sorry).
The Lotus Healing Centre in Essendon offers great pre and post pg classes.
Prenatal yoga is run at Northcote Town Hall on High Street on a weekly basis by a woman named Jenny Adams. I attended her classes there. Try contacting the Town Hall and see if they have any information as it has been some time since I was there and I no longer have the number.
I did fabulous yoga when pg with DD with a woman in Caulfield. I can try and track her down if this area is suitable.
Wardygirl,
Caulfield would be fantastic. Would you mind looking her up for me?
Thanks
Well, it's amazing what you can find online!
i only had her address, but her name is
Mimi Sabina.
I don't want to post her details as it was her home address that I went to, but if you do a yellow pages search under Hatha Yoga, you'll find her.
Hope she's still practicing. She was great.
