Cramping can be set off by potassium deficiency, see if eating a banana helps!

Yep, it is to do with calcium/magnesium definciency: the baby takes it all from you!
I suffered shockingly in my pg with Olivia but my OB recommended a smoothie a day made from milk, Milo and a banana which gives a good kick of magnesium and calcium and I have this pretty much daily (I usually make it with Feel Good Iced coffee) and it is delish & this pregnancy have only had 1 cramp...........
