C-Sect Birth Plans?

Hi,

I remember a while ago (around the time Danni was preparing for Mason's birth) there was a thread about c-sect birth plans... but I can't find it! I have a friend who is having a c-sect in Jan and she has asked for some info on birth plans...

Can someone point me in the right direction?
