Yes, it is true, unfortunately!
Any egg you eat must be thoroughly cooked or else it is a listeria risk. You may like to take a look at this article - Listeria & Pregnancy for some further information on listeria.
afraid so.... just another on the seemingly long list!!!
it will all be worth it :D

Dam!!
you know what, that now i know i cant have it the way i like it will probably be exactly what i crave!
what about meats do they need to be well done?? I like my meat med wellnot bloody but a little pink.. do i have to eat it charcoaled now?!
Yep, unfortunately all meat has to be cooked right through too! I like a little bit of pink in my steak etc too and I SO missed that whilst PG! Just like I missed having a McDonalds Chocolate Sundae (with extra topping LOL)
I recommend marinating meat. This keeps it nice & tender even when cooked thoroughly. Kiwi fruit in the marinade is meant to be good at keeping meat tender.
And IKWYM about McDonalds... I'm dying for a chocolate thickshake! :(
ooohh dont talk about a mcdonalds sundae!!!!
i wanted one SO bad yesterday.... #-o
Linda
I practically never eat McDonalds but now i know i cant have a sunday i really want one!!
Good idea with marinated meat......
Damn this mention of Maccas Sundaes again! now it's all I want. Bring on Feb I say.
Sorry girls! 8-[
You know what, all I wanted when I was PG was a sundae, but when I actually did finally have one post-birth, I couldn't believe how ordinary it was! It tasted really average. But of course, I weaned myself onto them over time ROFL!!!
isnt it funny how you only crave a food once you know you cant have it? im going to be impossible.. lol
Melinda - you are just saying that to make us feel better arent you...... ;)
