    Eggs- runny or hard??

    I've heard that you should only eat hard yolk cooked eggs and not runny if boiled poached fried etc...
    has anyone heard this??
    Sounts strange to me,,, i love my runny eggs and hoping its not true!

    Yes, it is true, unfortunately!

    you know what, that now i know i cant have it the way i like it will probably be exactly what i crave!

    what about meats do they need to be well done?? I like my meat med wellnot bloody but a little pink.. do i have to eat it charcoaled now?!

    Yep, unfortunately all meat has to be cooked right through too! I like a little bit of pink in my steak etc too and I SO missed that whilst PG! Just like I missed having a McDonalds Chocolate Sundae (with extra topping LOL)

    I recommend marinating meat. This keeps it nice & tender even when cooked thoroughly. Kiwi fruit in the marinade is meant to be good at keeping meat tender.

    And IKWYM about McDonalds... I'm dying for a chocolate thickshake!

    I practically never eat McDonalds but now i know i cant have a sunday i really want one!!

    You know what, all I wanted when I was PG was a sundae, but when I actually did finally have one post-birth, I couldn't believe how ordinary it was! It tasted really average. But of course, I weaned myself onto them over time ROFL!!!
