I've heard that you should only eat hard yolk cooked eggs and not runny if boiled poached fried etc...
has anyone heard this??
Sounts strange to me,,, i love my runny eggs and hoping its not true!
Any egg you eat must be thoroughly cooked or else it is a listeria risk. You may like to take a look at this article - Listeria & Pregnancy for some further information on listeria.
Yep, unfortunately all meat has to be cooked right through too! I like a little bit of pink in my steak etc too and I SO missed that whilst PG! Just like I missed having a McDonalds Chocolate Sundae (with extra topping LOL)
I recommend marinating meat. This keeps it nice & tender even when cooked thoroughly. Kiwi fruit in the marinade is meant to be good at keeping meat tender.
And IKWYM about McDonalds... I'm dying for a chocolate thickshake!
You know what, all I wanted when I was PG was a sundae, but when I actually did finally have one post-birth, I couldn't believe how ordinary it was! It tasted really average. But of course, I weaned myself onto them over time ROFL!!!
