Gluten Free Receipe Ideas?

I have a possible Gluten Intolerance and it has been suggested that I cut out gluten for 1 month and reassess the situation then.
Just wondering if anyone had any Gluten Free receipe ideas?

My dad is gluten intolerant, and he can have almost anything as long as it's special stuff. Coles have a great range of gluten free foods - even bread mix!

Good brands to look for are Orgran and Basco. You can get them at most health food shops, too.
