OMG BFP for me..pcos and on clomid

hey girls...im so happy to be able to join this thread..i found out that im pregnant yesterday after 2 years of trying with PCOS..it doesnt seem real to me but i took 3 tests lol. theres always hope for anyone out there..congrats to you all. mwah xoxox

Congratulations on your bfp.
I too have PCOS and have been on metformin we were ttc for 4 yrs, anyway
I have made myself a fruit cake for constipation and it works wonders.

Its basically 1kg of dried fruit boiled in 1 1/4 cups of water. then cooled
Added to this is 1 cup of wholemeal plain flour and 1 cup of self raising flour.
also a 1 teaspoon of bicarb soda and a 375g can of light carnation milk add a teaspoon of mixed spice.
sitr all together then bake for 50 to 60 mins,
works wonders for me.along with drinking lots of water
