Strained muscle in groin area?
For the last couple of weeks I feel like I have a pulled muscle - in my groin area :redface:. It hurts at the front, where the public hair is, and is now starting to move further into the groin area, and even between the legs :wtf:. Everytime I roll over in bed it hurts, evertime I get out of bed, it hurts. It really is embarrising :redface:.
Has anyone had this, or know what could be causing it or how I can 'fix' it (other than having a baby that is). I haven't been doing any stressful workouts (just gentle walking), and the muscles don't seem to be getting any better.
