To all the lovely mums and mums ttc'ing,
I will be ttc'ing after I've lost 10kilos as I know I'll feel healthier and fitter during my pregnancy, as I know it can take a big toll on your heart and body. I have found an easy excerise option (even though I am a member at my local gym!) after my m/c several weeks back, I decided that I was going to get fit before I fell again. Anyway to cut a long story short, if any of you have Austar or Foxtel, the community channel Aurora has Aeorobics Oz Style on every morning at 6.30am its only a half hour excercise session but for those of us who have been sedentary for a long time or are just wanting to get back into excersing again, its a great programme and I can tell you, you do really work up a sweat....now all I need to do is buy some scales! My goal is to be able to complete the Red Arrow (this is a tough 1km walking track up in the hills around Cairns) and then hopefully complete the Blue Arrow (which is a 4km hike up the hills) which my DH already does now.....so switch on the telly, put the bub in the bouncer and have a 30 min workout....you'll feel so much better and your excercise is then done for the day...
