Hi girls,
Well I still have swollen ankles even thoy I was resting them last night.
I have been walking more around the office, drinking lots of water eating well apart from dinner last night.
Then this morning I have been feeling dizzy from the moment I got out of bed! I have eaten some breakfst (toast) drank lots of water and I still feel yukk.
Is there anything I can do the get rid of this? I am in Adelaide and the weather is nice and not hot.
