Default I am not feeling the best

    Hi girls,

Well I still have swollen ankles even thoy I was resting them last night.

I have been walking more around the office, drinking lots of water eating well apart from dinner last night.

Then this morning I have been feeling dizzy from the moment I got out of bed! I have eaten some breakfst (toast) drank lots of water and I still feel yukk.

Is there anything I can do the get rid of this? I am in Adelaide and the weather is nice and not hot.

    Thanks in advance

    Do you have a headache?

do you have spots in front of your eyes at any time?
Do you know what your Blood Pressure is now?
What was your Blood Pressure at your last 2 check ups?

    Hi Bec

I dont think its anything to worry about. It's just part of being pregnant. Keep up the water and try to rest. Put your feet up whenever you can and exercise them. When you lie down try to get your feet higher than your heart.

    Thanks heaps Alan,

You have reasured me that I will be ok

I am at work so it is abit hard to do some of those things. Last night I was laying down with my legs up above my heart but it did not seem to work.

I have been excerising them abit this morning and in the last hour I drank 750mls of water.

    Thank you soo much

Bec dont over do the water thing. Somewhere around 3000ml in 24 hours is plenty. on a hot day I would suggest 4000ml

Ok I wont, I had no idea you can overdo the water thing?
I thought water was good when you have fluid retention.

Water is good for you but like anything you can overdose on it. And as I dont know anything about your medical hystory I am playing it safe.

    Hi emz

I dont think it is anything that needs urgent attention but when you visit your OB's it would be worth mentioning. Your HB could be a little low
