I started having pain around 6 tonight. It got worse :( I rang the hossy and they told me to come in. I thought it might've been a UTI but it's not. They hooked me up to be monitored and I've been having what looks like contractions :( I don't reckon I'm in labour but I'm worried nonetheless. Say a little prayer x

Ok, so I am having contractions :( I'm having a drug (dunno what it's called, it starts with a) every half hour to stop them. I was also given a steroid shot in the butt (that stuff stings when it goes in. ) They did an internal and my cervix is closed and posterior so that's good. Hopefully it just stays at threatened prem labour. Please say a little prayer.

Thanks girls :) contractions have stopped :leap: still have pain in my middle/right side though :( I'm hoping they don't start again. Waiting to see the doctor and find out what they want to do. What normally happens with threatened preterm labour? I think I have to get another steroid shot today jic.
