I'm another one of the 'unexplained' girls...and sometimes i just wish that there was something wrong, so that they knew how to fix it and what to do with me.....it is very frustrating.....

Just jumping on quickly to ditto all those thoughts about the incredible FRUSTRATION of being labelled 'unexplained'. :( Keen, what you said is so true.

Janee, stay strong :hug: I have much hope for you and Linda. But I know what you mean about going off the 'plan'. Looking back on it, I feel silly to have even considered that things might go the way we envisaged. But so many friends seem to be able to stick to the plan so easily.

HI GIRLS,

I can so relate to you all here. Although i have endo and that is what is causing my infertility ikwym by things not going to plan. i started stocing up on nappies and other bits and pieces two years ago. I have now started giving them away as I feel stupid holding on to them.

I think I am in the tww as i am pretty sure i o'd last week. I have been feeling crampy all day i really hope it is not the endo playng up again.

My dh is turning 30 on the weekend and we are having a fancy dress party. I have heaps to do between now and then but i will be sure to check in to see how everyone is doing.

Deb- where/what are you up to ? I have my FET Mon 31/07. Let's hope the Dr is not late like last time. It's very hard to hold on with a bladder that is over flowing !!!

Megan - I got 12 eggies( supposed to be normal!) but only 4 to freeze. Dont worry too much about this, its the quality that counts and as my DH keeps telling me.. you only need one :doh:

I guess the poking and prodding has officially started. I had my internal ultrasound on Friday. I am so annoyed that I don't get any results for a month though. :( I just laid back on the bed for 15 minutes not really having much of an idea what she was looking at. She pointed out my uterus, ovaries etc but didn't say much else.
Financially, it's scary. In a week we have spent $400 on tests (this after medicare refunds) and there will be another $400 or so spent before we even book in to see a nurse at the IVF Clinic. I think it's time to re-jig the budget!

Just popping in quickly to say good luck to Sari with her FET. I have everything crossed for you darling, and i know that this is the one!!!

Me...well the silly old waiting game....1 week to go.
I've convinced myself it hasn't stuck :( no symptoms and at that point of giving up. I have much to be grateful for in my life. The endless disappointments of AR are making me feel constantly sorry for myself......I shall see what next week brings......meanwhile a very dear friend about to give birth to no. 2.........what a funny old world we live in, that gives to some, and refuses to give to others......

Hi Guys,

AF is finally here Day 33, never ever had a cycle this long before!! Never thought i'd be glad to see her!! Well they arrived at 4.30pm my fertility clinic said to consider tomorrow day 1 and therefore start the synarel tomorrow...so day 1 tomorrow girls so i start my FSH injections on Saturday 5th August, i was only on 150 iu last time and my doc says 300 iu this time, lets hope i get enough eggs for an actual EPU this time...its my birthday on the 25th August so maybe i'll get some birthday wishes come true.. here's hoping and praying that this is the one for you Sari bestest bestest of luck!!!

Racheal - like you I started buying baby things early on and now 5 years later I have SO much stuff, even after I have given probably a third of it away. Some things I just have to keep and cant give up on. I have finally conceded though and have packed it all away in sealed boxes and into the storage in our garage where I dont see it anymore. I think it has helped, a bit...

Sari - hope the FET went well!

Megan - know what you mean about the cost, it really adds up very very quickly!Make sure you keep all your receipts though cause if it reaches $1500, come tax time you can get some back.

Mrs Timms - welcome and all the best for the Clomid cycle - awful stuff, isnt it!

Well I don't know how to say this except to just come out and say it. I AM PREGNANT. OMG I can't believe it. I had my blood test this morning and they called me just before lunch with the results. I still can't believe it. I was hysterical when she told me on the phone. My husband can't wipe the grin off his face the sweet baby. I will talk more later but I thought I would fill you in.

Although I am so excited for myself I am so sorry for you Jade. I really wanted to get our BFP together. I am sure that it will be you next. My thoughts are with you.
