(off topic - but off for DS's allergy tests today & DH's vertigo tests having been sick with it for 6 weeks now... hoping for good results from both, it's a big day for us)

I just uploaded mine for the day, my ME photo will have to wait. I couldn't resist posting a pic of my bub having the time of his life in the jolly jumper. It's the first time he's used it and WOW I've never seen him move so much in his life! Absolutely loved it. Needless to say, he is now sound asleep, totally worn out.
I had a go at adding a vignette in GIMP in this photo, it's a bit fiddly but I think I like it. I may have overdone it a bit, I'll have to play around with it more another time.

It's a photo editing program thingie. I use Paintshop pro if/when I wanna play around a bit.
I haven't gotten around to uploading todays and yesterdays photos yet. I'm feel very lazy today.
I usually just use windows Picture Manager to do basic things like cropping, or if I want to make a collage or something I use Picasa. I just downloaded GIMP today because I wanted to try a vignette, and Picasa doesn't do it. GIMP looks a bit complicated for me, but I might play a bit and start doing some proper editing of my photos.
lisa if you do get some spare time hun go have a looky at that one charliebrowngirl put me onto its awsom and i mean quick and very easy lets you frame pics change them oh the list goes on ..im addicted hun :) and if a dumb arss like me can use it so can anyone lol..im a bit slow on the old puter:
yeah cs5 does all that, and i capture in raw so i need photoshop to open.....
but will have a look into the others, i have aperture too.. (mac) dh is gonna get cranky if i keep getting photo software... ;)

I have tried this 365 thing before and i only lasted a couple of weeks! oopps so i need some one to gently remind me to do my photo! lol
yeah if you want to quickly crop or autofix exposure, frame it, convert to black and white, sepia and a few other things check out the Picnik website. Very quick and easy.
I've just uploaded todays pic - DS asleep on the couch. Just had a nightmare three hours trying to get him to have his nap (uphill battle and all that) when he finally fell asleep on the couch after I told him to have some quiet reading time.
