Ok, I NEVER tell people what I weigh. If I'm pressed, I lie. A couple of months ago, I lost about 5kgs of my goal of 15kg. Then I put it back on. So, I'm trying again, but this time I want to be accountable for my progress. So I will tell you all how much I weigh, and I will not lie. I climbed on the scales this morning and I weigh 78kgs. This is the heaviest I've ever been, even when pg. I am not terribly tall, somewhere between 160-165cm. 78kgs puts me somewhere between overweight and obese :o I don't see myself as 'fat'. I know I have some weight to lose to be healthy and to reduce my risk of heart disease, diabetes... But I don't 'feel' fat - until I look in the mirror!!
So, what do you weigh and how does your weight make you feel?
